C2MI expands its business development team to better meet the needs

C2MI is proud to enlist the expertise of Mr. Dominic Gariepy and Mr. Jocelyn Lafrance as directors in its Business Development Team. 

Bromont, December 18th, 2014 – The CEO of the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre (C2MI) is proud to announce two new assets within the Business Development team. Under the direction of Mr. Vincent Fortin, Vice President, Business Development, the two new directors will offer both support and technical expertise to meet the increasing activities of the Centre.

Mr. Gariepy is an engineer combining more than 10 years developing technology business in industrial, municipal and research environment. He has extensive experience working with decision makers and an extensive technical knowledge (microelectronics, mechanical, analytical and environmental technologies, printed circuits, system integration, telecommunication and fiber optic). Dominic has completed a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Mr. Lafrance, a chemical engineer, has extensive expertise in electronics manufacturing. During his career at IBM in Bromont, he had the opportunity to be involved in several fields such as manufacturing engineering, quality, analytical services and reliability, the development of new products, the environment and the planning services. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Laval University and a Business Degree from the Université de Sherbrooke.
