Sheba Microsystems develops high-end MEMS sensors and actuators. Sheba MEMS actuators are developed for optical solutions including autofocus, optical image stabilization, and zooming for miniature (cellphone) cameras. With their high speed, low power consumption, and small size, the Sheba MEMS actuators are ideal for such applications. Sheba Microsystems is also developing MEMS-based, highly sensitive accelerometer, force sensors and touch screens for hand held devices such as smartphones.
