On January 16, the Université de Sherbrooke and IBM Bromont renewed their partnership with the NSERC-IBM Canada Industrial Research Chair in High Performance Heterogeneous Integration and launched a complementary collaborative research and development (CRD) project in support of the Chair. The two projects launched benefit from an investment of more than $6M funded by NSERC, Prompt, IBM and UdeS.
On October 27th, the Université de Sherbrooke announced the NSERC-Teledyne DALSA Industrial Research Chair for MEMS and next generation microphotonics. This Chair aims to develop and improve materials, manufacturing processes and applications for tomorrow’s microsystems and microphotonics.
