C2MI is an international center for collaboration and innovation in the field of MEMS manufacturing and packaging of complex systems (Advanced Packaging). It is the essential link between applied research and the commercialization of microelectronics products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the MEMS Process Manager will be responsible for developing, directing and supporting MEMS microfabrication projects in close collaboration with the casing group. In this team environment, the candidate will be in contact with process engineers, designers and project managers to deliver a robust process and a quality product to the various C2MI customers and members.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support customers and members in the development of their products.

Develop processes based on mandates given to C2MI by members or clients.

Ensure the manufacturability of these processes and the potential transfer to mass production plants.

Master the use of MEMS sector equipment such as photolithography, plasma etching and liquid etching techniques, slab cleaning and surface preparation, thin film deposition, CMP, bonding, electrodeposition, etc. to offer customers the best possible settings for their products.

Work with employees of other companies who will have to use the same equipment to ensure a common need and develop a process that meets the needs of all.

Provide adequate data of quality, cost and cycle time to members and clients in order to assist them in their business decisions.

Prioritize projects based on availability of equipment, resources and required client dates.

Develop an equipment improvement strategy under his responsibility in order to monitor the technological trend of potential applications.

Assume all other tasks assigned by his supervisor in his area of expertise.
EXPERIENCED SKILLS
-
Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering or Science, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Physical Sciences, or other related fields.

Management of technical projects

Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
