Mr. Claude Jean has been Executive Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships for Teledyne Digital Imaging since October 2022.
Since April 2010, he has served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor, a business unit of Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager from 2004 to 2007, Director of Operations for DALSA semiconductor from 2002 to 2004 and Director of Operations for Zarlink semiconductor from 1997 to 2002.
Mr. Jean holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from the Université de Sherbrooke, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Microelectronics from the University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France and a MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke which he completed in 2006. He was elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of NanoQuébec in 2009.
He also sits on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Council of Academies, on the Board of Directors of the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre in Bromont and on the Commission de l’éthique en science et technologie du Québec. He has co-published numerous scientific publications.
