Hesse Mechatronics is a manufacturer of wire bonders and smart welders. We also provide automation solutions. For wire bonders, we offer ball, wedge and ribbon for 17.5 microns up to 500 microns. Hesse Customer Solutions is our division that provides engineering design and/or production services for those who need assistance with their interconnection development.
